Graphic Design Request Form
Complete the entire form as specific as possible. Please note graphic design request forms must be submitted two weeks prior to your pickup date. Once payment has been received your request will be added to our queue. Drafts are normally sent out on Mondays and Tuesday of the week.

• Include concepts and examples you would like to see in your design.
• Submit one request form per order theme. Include at least 3 inspirational pictures and describe what you like for each. If you are included pictures on the file, please upload the high-resolution files to this request.If Original files are too big to upload here, please email the files to: THEPARTYPRINTSHOP@GMAIL.COM Avoid sending pictures sent via text messages and/or screenshots. **Send Original Files! The Party Print shop is not responsible for files sent low resolution to be used on the graphic design.
